Prestigiously trained under Michelin Star Chef, Paul Bocuse in Lyon, Chef Raphael quickly developed finesse in his work, which took him on to Paris’ “le Grand Vefour” and “The George V”. Chef Raphael has spent the last 15 years working for prominent hotels before settling in Sydney. He is immensely passionate about food, showcasing the top local and seasonal produce, creating an authentic French bistro experience!
